OCIT (Oxford College Information Technology) provides a file server which allows users to store and share files with other Oxford faculty or staff members. All files in the file server are backed up. Any file or folders can be restored that has been changed within 14 days. An AskIT form is required to restore files or folders.

To request for this service:

1. Open an AskIT ticket to get access to the file Server and provide the department name.

2. Once the access is setup follow the instructions

   • for a Windows computer
   • for a Macintosh computer
