Email for students at Oxford is called LearnLink, which is a student collaboration and communication system providing shared group workspaces ("conferences") and personal email functions. The system is used in a variety of ways, from providing materials online to encouraging students to become more active participants in their own education and increasing communications between faculty and students.

Students may keep up to 250 MB of information in the personal space on their LearnLink accounts (which includes all messages in your mailbox and folders, attachments, uploaded files, and personal web page and conferences you create on your desktop). When you reach your personal space limit, any messages sent to you will be returned to their sender and you will not be able to create any new messages until you delete files from your account and drop below this limit.

LearnLink can be accessed either through the web or by installing the LearnLink client software by downloading to your computer.
