Videoconferencing is available on the Oxford campus.  The main location for videoconferencing is the Library Videoconference Classroom (VCC).  This space is available for use by Oxford faculty, staff & students for the purpose of live, two-way communication and collaboration with other universities and research 7 medical facilities throughout the world.

In addition to the VCC, members of the Oxford College community may also request to have a classroom set up for web conferences or seminars.  These types of environment are typically one-way in that the user can only watch the web event take place.  In many instances the user can interact by either telephone, web cam (user supplied) or IM chat.

In any instance, OCIT will assist with the configuration and monitoring of the video or web conference.  To request assistance for one of these events,please contact OCIT.
