R25 is Emory University's solution for space and event scheduling. R25 replaces MeetingMaker and the previous online Campus Calendar as Oxford's tool for reserving spaces for campus events and displaying that information in a calendar view via R25's WebViewer which displays Oxford's Campus Calendar.
How Do I Use R25 at Oxford?R25 users are broken into two categories: schedulers and requesters. A room scheduler is the person responsible for the booking schedule for a particular room. A room requester can only request a room reservation from the room scheduler. Room schedulers use the R25 client software that is installed on their computer to schedule and approve events. Room requesters use an ID and password which they have received from OCIT staff to submit the criteria for their event electronically to a scheduler for approval. The room scheduler will then "pick up" your event request for their room, determine if the date and time you have requested are available, and notify you that your request has been approved or assist you in finding alternate arrangements for your event. All space requests are handled on a first come, first serve basis; and Academic classes always take priority over any other event. |
