Branham and East is home to over 200 freshmen and sophomore students on campus. The co-ed complex consists of two buildings: Branham Hall and East Hall. Both Branham Hall and East Hall are co-ed "grouped" by floor with male and female students on opposite ends of the floor. This building has co-ed floors with one male and one female restroom per floor. There is one laundry room in East hall, and use of the laundry facilities is free in all residence halls. Unique to this building, students living in Branham and East will receive complimentary laundry service this year. Beds in Branham and East can be easily bunked, and all rooms are fitted with temperature control units.
Branham and East is also home to the writing center and several faculty offices. It is conveniently located near many areas on campus, including the Dining Hall, the ATM, the Quad, the library, Phi Gamma, the nature trails, and two of the three other residence halls. Students enjoy living in Branham and East because of its strong sense of community, location on campus, and its distinctive rooftop patio.
