Jewish Student UnionJewish Student Union (JSU) promotes Jewish ideals on campus and insures student access to Jewish services. Contact Michael Rabkin at Muslim Student AllianceThe Muslim Student Alliance (MSA) supports Islamic student religious life as well as welcomes all students to learn about Islam through its activities. Meetings are 5:30 P.M Thursday in the Student Center. Meeting time 10 P.M Wednesday in the chapel. Voices of Praise Gospel ChoirThe Voices of Praise Gospel Choir promotes experiences with the African American southern Baptist worship style. Students in this organization gain spiritual growth through Bible studies and singing both traditional and contemporary gospel music at on-campus events and in surrounding churches. Rehearsals are 5:00 Monday evening in the chapel. For more information, contact Rev. Lyn Pace, chaplain. Wesley Student Group - United MethodistGroup meets weekly to discuss current issues and faith. An annual mission/work trip is planned each year. Contact chaplain, Rev. Judy Shema for meeting dates and times. ppace@emory.edu Interfaith CouncilThe group offers support for faith traditions of the diverse student body. Through interfaith dialogue , social and service projects the council exemplifies people of all religions living and working well together. Representatives from all the religious student organizations are on the council. This group plans the annual Peace Service and is represented at the MLK Celebration and Baccalaureate as well as hosting guest lecturers on religious diversity on campus.
