


Global Connections
This travel seminar seeks to help students engage their religious convictions with issues such as peace, hunger, human rights and care for the environment. Quality of life is an ethical issue for all people so we hope through internal, private dialogue with oneself, as well as, meaningful dialogue shared with others on these trips, students, staff and faculty participants will begin to recognize their own participation in similar systems at home. Global Connections is open to all Oxford College students, continuees, faculty and staff. Student travel costs for this valued travel seminar are heavily subsidized through the generosity of the Pierce Institute for Leadership and Community Engagement in order to make this program more affordable for all students.

Journeys of Reconciliation
Journeys of Reconciliation was started on the Oxford College campus through the Office of the Chaplain. Its success and relevancy grew so much that it is now a university wide program. Oxford students apply for this program through the Oxford Chaplain's Office. Team membership consists of people from both campuses. Check the link below for more information:
