Trying to figure out what major to choose or what career to pursue?  Searching for an internship?  Counseling and Career Services offers several options to help you.  You can meet individually with a counselor for career counseling and/or career testing.  Or you can attend a career workshop (check our Learn Link Conference - "Counseling Center" -- for scheduling information).  To schedule an appointment with a counselor or indicate your interest in attending one of our workshops, call Counseling and Career Services at 770.784.8394 or stop by our office in Beta Hall of East Village.  Counseling and Career Services staff are eager to help you!

 If you prefer, you can direct your own search for career information.  Self-directed help is available by using the many career-related resources (books, periodicals, etc.) we have housed in our Counseling and Career Resource Room.  Or you can use the many links on our website to explore career paths for different majors, write a resume, search for internships, network with alumni/ae in related career fields, and much more.  In the comfort of your own residence hall room, you can also visit the web pages of the Emory University Career Center and register for Eagle Ops, Emory's online career management system.  Once you register, you can stay aware of their calendar of events, search nationally for jobs and internships, register for upcoming workshops, publish and continually revise your resume for prospective employers, and more.  To register on Eagle Ops, students should use their @emory.edu e-mail address as username and 7-digit Emory ID# as password.  For any difficulty, call the Emory Career Center at 404.727.6211 for assistance.
