Three Oxford Athletes honored as 2011-2012 members of Who's Who

Oxford College student-athletes, Alison Gilland, Anna Bausum and Stephen Simmons are amongst the 2011-2012 members of Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities, one of the most highly regarded and long-standing honors programs in the nation.

Twenty Oxford College sophomores recently were designated as 2011-2012 members of Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities, one of the most highly regarded and long-standing honors programs in the nation. This designation is conferred by more than 2,800 colleges and universities in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Gilland and Bausum are co-captains of the women's soccer team. Simmons is captain of the men's basketball team. All three student-athletes have been outstanding representatives of Oxford College in the classroom, in the community and on the field and court.
