Director's Message
I am excited to collaborate with faculty and staff as we build a culture of grant seeking at Oxford College. Whether you’ve identified a potential funder for research, searching for project support, interested in exploring a promising opportunity, or curious about the grant process, please contact me. Connecting faculty and staff to funding resources that yield grant awards is my goal.
My position at Oxford includes leading grant research, assisting with the preparation of competitive proposals and budgets, confirming agency and university compliance, coordinating application processes with the Office of Sponsored Programs, and monitoring and assisting throughout award lifecycles including reporting and financial components.
Pre-Award Support
To submit a proposal to a funding agency or foundation, please complete the online Intent To Submit Oxford (ITSO) form. Please note, the ITSO form replaces the REDCap form. Upon submission of the ITSO form, the Oxford College Grants Manager will contact you to begin Pre-Award support.
Post-Award Support
Upon receipt of an eNOA (electronic notice of award), the Oxford College Grants Manager will work with you to confirm award financial and reporting guidelines and procedures.
