Cepin, who currently serves as Assistant Dean for Student Life at Princeton University’s Mathey College, has garnered recognition for her
transformative influence on students' lives. She pioneered the groundbreaking "Live Well Be Well (LWBW)" program, tailored to first- and second-year students, which champions essential life skills, promotes healthy behaviors, and instills positive habits. Her initiatives became a benchmark for similar programs across Princeton’s residential colleges.

A forward-thinking and creative educator, Cepin's holistic approach to student development is underscored by her extensive expertise in coaching, leadership development, program innovation, supervision, technology integration, diversity initiatives, and group dynamics. Her engaging leadership style, coupled with a steadfast commitment to excellence, promises to usher in a new era of growth and innovation at Oxford.

“I'm thrilled to join the Oxford College of Emory University community,” Cepin said. “I'm eager to help cultivate a thriving environment that emphasizes compassion, care, and mutual support. Engaging in meaningful conversations, sharing responsibilities, and learning from our incredible students are core to my vision. I am also enthusiastic about constructing a supportive environment that addresses the pressing challenges in higher education. By collaborating with students, faculty, colleagues, community leaders, and partners to meet students' needs through thoughtful inquiry, I’m excited to continue facilitating supportive communities that engage in meaningful and impactful conversations, making a difference every day and in the big picture."

Before her tenure at Princeton, Cepin was the Associate Director of Residential Life at Columbia University, where she spearheaded strategic initiatives aimed at fostering a welcoming and inclusive campus environment.

Cepin holds an EdD in Adult Learning & Leadership and an MA in Organizational Psychology, both from Columbia University's Teachers College. A community builder at heart, she enjoys hosting dinner parties, is passionate about Zumba, and is currently pursuing certification as a meditation teacher. Outside of her professional pursuits, she finds balance through travel, cherishing family moments, and spending time with her beloved dog, Sunny.
