- Secure media placements and speaking opportunities to enhance Oxford’s visibility.
- Foster collaborations with academic and industry partners to highlight Oxford’s contributions to higher education.
What We Do
- Manage and update official Oxford College webpages in line with Emory's web standards.
- Ensure website content is current, accessible, and optimized for user experience.
- Collaborate with departments to build new pages or revise existing ones.
- Design branded marketing materials including brochures, banners, signage, and digital assets.
- Ensure all materials align with Oxford and Emory visual identity guidelines.
- Support departments with creative needs for both print and digital platforms.
- Capture compelling images and videos that showcase the Oxford experience.
- Produce promotional and storytelling content for events, academics, and student life.
- Manage Oxford’s multimedia library and assist with visual needs across the college.
- Develop content strategies for Oxford’s institutional social media channels.
- Create engaging posts to highlight news, events, and community voices.
- Monitor engagement and trends to inform outreach efforts.
- Craft stories, press releases, and internal announcements that showcase the Oxford Experience.
- Support faculty and staff with messaging and editorial guidance.
- Maintain consistency with Emory’s editorial style and tone.
