Admission and Application Process
The program is open current juniors (rising 12th graders) – student entering their senior year – who show academic motivation and are ready for college-level learning.
International students who are currently attending high school in the United States are eligible to apply.
You will receive an admission decision via email within 3-4 weeks after submitting a complete application and application fee.
Participation in the program does not guarantee admission to Emory University or Oxford College. Admissions decisions are made independently based on each institution’s criteria.

Cost/Financial Aid/Scholarships
A non-refundable deposit of $350 is required to confirm your spot in the program. This amount is applied toward your total program cost.
Yes. All meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—are included from the program’s start date through the final day. Any meals during travel days or off-campus visits not part of the program is the student's responsibility.
All transportation for academic and co-curricular excursions is covered. Transportation to and from campus at the start and end of the program is not included.
We recommend bringing additional funds for souvenirs, snacks, personal items, and any other optional expenses not covered by the program.
Refunds (excluding the non-refundable $75 application fee and the $350 acceptance deposit fee) may be available if a student withdraws before a specified deadline. Please refer to the program website or contact the office directly for the full refund policy and timeline.
Once admitted, payment instructions will be sent to the email provided in your application. Payments are typically made through the program’s secure online portal.
Residence Life
All meals are served in the campus dining hall, offering a variety of options to accommodate different dietary needs and preferences.
Check-in details, including date, time, and location, will be provided after acceptance into the program.
Yes. All students must be in their rooms by 11:00 PM. Room checks are conducted nightly by residential staff.
No. Students should bring:
- Twin XL sheets, pillow, and blanket
- Towels and toiletries
- Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes (for labs)
- A reusable water bottle
- Academic supplies (notebooks, pens, laptop or tablet)
A full packing list will be shared after acceptance.
To encourage new connections and a full college experience, roommate requests are not guaranteed. If you have specific needs, please contact the program team—we will do our best to accommodate special circumstances.
Yes. Students have access to the gym during supervised program hours only.
Students can use their free time to study, complete assignments, attend trips, socialize, and make lasting memories through various evening and weekend activities.

- 24/7 residential staff presence
- Access to campus health services
- Emergency response procedures
