Gabby Hilliard 25Ox

Gabby Hilliard, like many students, scoured through LinkedIn before landing this opportunity. She started to lose hope about securing a summer internship until she was given the opportunity to interview with PwC, a professional services firm offering assurance, tax, and advisory services. Despite her nerves, she successfully interviewed and received an offer just two hours later for both the 2025 and 2026 internship program. 

Reflecting on her time at Oxford, she appreciates how “the culture at PwC closely mirrors the culture at Oxford. PwC is a firm that promotes inclusivity and understanding diverse perspectives, even in the case of a disagreement.” This allowed her to assimilate into PwC’s work culture faster than her peers. 

Gabby’s favorite memory, however, was when she and her fellow interns were “gifted with a trip to Disney’s Magic Kingdom after two long days of training.” This allowed Gabby to build genuine connections with both her team members and members of other sectors, including associates, and managers in the other sectors of operations, at PwC.
